Credit card convenience fees now behave the way your books expect them to: as part of the payment, calculated per card payment, and always shown with a full breakup. Deposits on estimates display the actual deposit, the convenience fee, and the total side by side β for your sales team and for the customer before they pay.
Request Payment and Receive Payment gain a convenience fee section with an "amount includes fees" toggle, the work order Income screen shows exactly how each deposit and fee lands in the totals, and the Payments list separates the amount received, the fee, and the actual payment on every row. One consistent fee story, from the first deposit to the final dollar.

The transparent convenience fee workflow is live end to end β pricing, estimate deposits, the customer's e-sign confirmation, Request and Receive Payment, work order income, and the Payments list. Set your fee on the service type once, and every card payment explains itself.
Multi-day jobs get two more timing controls. Alongside the existing Tip and BOL Confirmation options, Settings β Crew App β General now lets you decide when the Rating & Review popup and the Pay Now button appear on a multi-day job: on the First Work Order, the Last Work Order, or All Work Orders.
Ask for the review once at the end instead of every day, and collect payment exactly on the day your workflow calls for β especially handy for companies using Carry Forward.

Both settings are live under Settings β Crew App β General β Default. Set them once to match how your company runs multi-day jobs, and the Crew App will ask for reviews and payments on the right day β and only the right day.
Your fields can now follow your locations. Every custom and module field carries a Locations selector in its settings β pick the locations where a field should be hidden, and it disappears from that module's pages for those locations while remaining fully visible everywhere else. Each branch sees exactly the fields it works with, all from one central Fields screen.

Location-based field visibility is live under Settings β Fields. Pick a field, choose where it should be hidden, and every location's screens show just what belongs there.
The customer's details now ride along on the job card. Based on customer feedback, every card in the Crew App's Jobs list carries a contact icon β one tap opens the contact's name, phone, email, and company, with Call, SMS, and Email buttons right there.
A Crew Supervisor rolling toward the site can identify the company and ring the on-site contact from the Jobs list itself, without opening the job and digging on a tablet in the field.

The contact icon is live on Crew App job cards. Tap it on the way to the job, call ahead, and roll up with the customer expecting you.
The TSP/Driver signature fields on the DoD forms can now be completed electronically β from the field or straight from the closeout email β through a dedicated TSP Portal that mirrors the review-and-sign experience your customers already have. Drivers sign while the shipment is in motion, TSPs sign from the closeout email, and every signature saves back to the shipment record automatically β no editing forms in the CMS.
From the app: on a military shipment, open the shipment menu and tap View Forms β it opens the TSP Portal login.

First-time login: enter your email address and submit; the portal prompts you to create a password ("Set password and login to continue"). From then on, the same email and password sign you in.

Review and sign: the portal presents every origin and destination form for the shipment in the same guided experience as the customer portal β click any TSP/Driver signature field to sign, move through the packet with Save & Next, and use Print / Save as PDF for a copy. Completed signatures are saved back to the shipment record automatically.

From the closeout email: when the Closeout Packet is sent, the TSP's email now includes an Open TSP Review button. It opens the same TSP Portal β set a password on first use β where the TSP reviews all applicable forms and completes the required TSP/Driver signatures electronically.

One portal, both paths. The app's View Forms option and the closeout email's Open TSP Review button lead to the same TSP Portal and the same credentials.
Signatures land on the record. TSP/Driver signatures completed in the portal are saved to the shipment's forms β visible in the CMS Forms tab like every other signature.
CMS editing still available. Signing a form from CMS β View Shipment β Forms β Edit continues to work; the portal simply removes the need to go back to the CMS.
Same experience as your customers. Review, sign, Save & Next, Print/Save as PDF β TSPs and drivers get the identical guided flow customers use.
Pricing now opens the way each service type should be priced β automatically. A new Default Pricing Load Type setting on every Service Type lets you choose Rate Table, Movegistics Tariff, or the new Manual Pricing as that service's default. When your team loads pricing on a work request, the right method is already selected and the right rates are already loaded: Local can open on your hourly rate table, Interstate on your tariff, and any service you price by hand on Manual Pricing β with no switching every time.

The Default Pricing Load Type is live under Settings β General β Service Types. Set each service's default once, and every new work request opens its pricing the right way β rates loaded, method selected, ready to quote.
Every worker's workload is now one click away. The Mover Inventory CMS Users Management screen gains an Assigned Shipments column showing how many active shipments each worker is on, and clicking the number opens a full assignment view: every shipment the worker was assigned to, the stage they were assigned, whether that stage is completed or in progress, the shipment's current stage, their role, and exactly when they were assigned.
Support and operations teams can answer "what is this worker on right now?" in seconds β and jump straight into any shipment from the same screen.

The Assigned Shipments column is live in Mover Inventory CMS under Users. Open Users Management, click a count, and see exactly where every worker is β shipment by shipment, stage by stage.
Links in your notes now work like links. Any URL typed into an internal note, a call log entry, or a follow-up log is displayed as a blue, clickable hyperlink β click it and it opens, instead of being copied and pasted into the browser every time. A small change that saves a few seconds on every note that carries a payment link, a shared document, or a reference page.

Clickable note links are live across Notes, Call Logs, and Follow-Up Logs. Paste the link once β everyone after you just clicks it.
The moment a customer signs is the moment everything should feel settled β and now it does. Based on customer feedback, the estimate review flow ends on a single, clear Final Confirmation tab: the thank-you message, the deposit section when one is due, and the View Resources and Download Estimate PDF buttons, all in one place. The extra thank-you popup is gone, the Pay Deposit tab has become Final Confirmation, and once the deposit is received the tab flips to Confirmed β so your customer always knows exactly where they stand and when they're done.

The redesigned Final Confirmation is live in the estimate review and e-sign flow. Review, sign, pay, done β one tab, one clear finish.
Work order notes now start from your playbook. The Edit Work Order screen gains a Select Note Template dropdown that pulls from the note templates you maintain under Settings β Sales β Notes β pick one and the standard wording drops straight in, consistent on every job. Prefer to write it fresh? The plain Notes text field is still right below the dropdown, exactly as before.

Note templates are live on the Edit Work Order screen, drawing from Settings β Sales β Notes. Write the wording once, and every work order note starts consistent β with freeform always a click below.
